Vitiligo Surgery

Punch grafting is a technique in which skin from normal pigmented area is transplanted to patches of vitiligo. The vitiliginous skin is then treated with phototherapy resulting in the spread of pigment from normal skin to white areas. It is an out patient procedure and done under local anaesthesia.
